Voted the “favorite local place for yoga” four years running, Beyond Zen is a neighborhood studio that welcomes all skill levels. Owner Natalie Kilheeney is a licensed acupuncturist. She enjoys helping everyone on their path to wellness and is known for her gentle techniques. When Natalie’s not at work, you’ll likely find her hiking or biking along Granger’s trails. Virtual classes include Vinyasa, Stretch & Flow, and Inner Strength Power.
Bend Yoga Studio
While studying musical theater in college, Caitlin discovered yoga. It quickly became a passion. Today, she owns Bend Yoga and is certified in the style of Baron Baptiste. Her favorite pose is legs-up-the-wall. She and the other instructors offer classes that are challenging yet fun. Try a private online Zoom session or an outdoor class, along with the studio’s newest series, Smitten with Nutrition.
Dhanwantari Center for Yoga
A local fixture since 2007, Dhanwantari was established on the foundation of yoga as a healing modality. Co-owner Stephanie Chrisman began her yoga journey more than twenty years ago. She’s the only teacher in the area certified to teach curvy yoga. Stephanie has also studied yoga therapeutics and enjoys helping students maintain a regular practice. The studio holds virtual classes on Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:15pm. All abilities are welcome, and you can work at your own pace.
